Rentals Our rental charge includes white standard linen and napkins, china, flatware, water goblets and champagne flutes. If desired, other linen choices and glassware options are available, but will incur additional charges.
Linen found damaged after the event, which is charged back to Willard's Catering by the rental company will in turn be billed to the client if the charges are excessive.
Food Food prices are per person, not quantity, as quoted in the Contract, including your Vendors. We do not provide extra food to be taken off site as “leftovers.” Options concerning guest count at time of the event, under guarantee, is to be discussed with Owner.
Price per person includes tax, gratuity, rentals, set-ups if needed, ice, and trash removal (if required.) There is no cost to cut the Wedding Cake.
Tastings: For booked functions with a deposit. There is no charge.
Deposits and Count: Final deposit is due (2) two weeks prior to event. Final count is due (1) one week prior to event. At this time any changes to the menu can also be made.
